Leveraging the Wisdom of Crowds in Army Software Sustainment

I was sad to see the 2020 International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association workshop get cancelled. On a positive note, they are awarding best papers. A paper I wrote along with several colleagues won best paper in the Data Management and Machine Learning category. We will be presenting via webinar on May 27th at 11 AM CDT/Noon EDT.
